You have a new cough, fever, or loss of taste/smell

You have had close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19

You have been diagnosed with Covid-19

If you answer 'yes' to any of these questions, please stay home and call HealthLine 811 if symptoms develop or worsen.

We are happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

 **We are also back to waving our clients in to the clinic. Please wave at the big window to the receptionist to see if you can enter the clinic.  Please be prepared to wait outside for a minute or two until the area is clear.**

 Please give each other space, as our wait area is small.

Please be on time for your appointment, DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment!
