We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part-time receptionist to join our welcoming clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive, professional experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy chiropractic office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and checking in patients
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Managing patient records and administrative tasks
  • Processing payments and handling direct billing to insurance providers
  • Keeping the front desk organized and providing exceptional customer service

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and people skills
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning clinic software
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with medical reception, insurance claims, or direct billing is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate
