Areas of Training: Therapeutic massage and Swedish relaxation.

I grew up in a small town and moved to the city two years ago.  I have grown to like the area the longer I live here and can see myself staying in Saskatoon for the long term.  Things I enjoy are spending time with the ones I love such as family and friends, going camping and to the lake.  Going on walks, exercising, and music are also things I like doing in my spare time.

Massage therapy is something I knew would help grow as an individual by communication with others and helping clients feel better.  I am driven to help my clients with pain or help them have some time to their selves for relaxation.  I have always believed it is very important for people to take time for self-care, and that the combination of massage and chiropractic is essential to a persons well-being.
